We developed and produced a film that blends fashion, narrative and emotional storytelling into a single visual piece. Directed by Symen Hoogesteger and written by Yldau de Boer, the story follows Aziz, a 27-year-old grocer who believes his father’s vegetable shop is as adventurous as life gets—until Ella unexpectedly enters his world. Her openness and quiet positivity rekindle something he thought he’d lost, giving him back his joie de vivre and revealing how colourful life can be.
The result is a visually rich and heartfelt short film that earned international recognition, with official selections at LA Shorts Fest Filmzone 2020 and the Très Court International Festival 2021.
